Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email Sam@luxpeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. Please do not send anything back until we have agreed a return with you.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unopened and their seals are intact. Email Sam@luxpeptides.co.uk to let us know. You then have 14 days to send the items back, and you pay the return postage. We will refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the items back.
For safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been opened, unsealed, reconstituted or tampered with.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to the bank account the payment came from.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
