Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally.
How we deliver
All orders are sent by Royal Mail. The delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times available for your order are shown at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched on working days once payment has been confirmed. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Orders are sent in plain packaging with no reference to the contents.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, email Sam@luxpeptides.co.uk with your order number. We will check with Royal Mail and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we may charge to send it again.
