2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption or administration, are not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for research use only and that you are competent to handle the products safely and lawfully. Our Research Use Only and Disclaimer page forms part of these terms.
3. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and have a UK delivery address. We may ask about your intended use, and we may refuse or cancel any order where we believe the products are intended for a prohibited use, or where we suspect fraud or false information.
4. Orders and prices
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer only. After you place your order, you will be shown our bank details, which are also included in your order confirmation email. Please pay the full order total using your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be dispatched once the payment has reached our account.
6. Delivery and risk
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment. See our Shipping page for details.

8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of the products safely and in line with all laws that apply to you. You must not resell or supply the products for any prohibited use.
9. Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Any Certificate of Analysis we publish applies to the batch it names. Beyond that, and subject to your statutory rights, we give no further promises about the products or the results of any research.
10. Our liability
We are not liable for any loss caused by misuse of the products, including any use in humans or animals. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this website when you place your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
